Meet the team
Lucy Weekes, Podiatrist (B.Pod.Med)

Lucy Weekes is an experienced podiatrist with a special interest in high-risk foot care, musculoskeletal injuries, and sports-related foot and ankle conditions. She completed her Bachelor of Podiatric Medicine at Charles Sturt University in Wodonga before beginning her career with JS Podiatry, developing strong foundations across all areas of podiatry.
She later spent two years at the Royal Adelaide Hospital as a high-risk clinical senior and research podiatrist, contributing to innovative Telehealth and digital-health programs for diabetic foot care across South Australia.
Combining her high-risk expertise with a passion for active living, Lucy takes an evidence-based, patient-centred approach to helping people move comfortably and confidently. She enjoys supporting patients of all activity levels to stay active and return to the activities they love.
Outside the clinic, Lucy enjoys running, group fitness, and exploring new ways to support healthy movement and performance.
Mathew Millar, Podiatrist (BSc DPM)

Mathew Millar graduated from the University of Western Australia, earning his Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine. He also holds undergraduate degrees in both Human Anatomy and Psychology.
As an avid soccer player, Mathew was first drawn to podiatry through his experiences with lower limb, ankle, and foot issues, which his local podiatrist effectively managed.
With a strong understanding of the importance of pain-free movement, Mathew combines evidence-based biomechanics and rehabilitation techniques to help his patients return to their active lifestyles, free from pain. His approach is focused on getting individuals back to performing at their best, whether for sports or daily activities.
Outside of his professional work, Mathew stays active through social sports, gym workouts, and playing soccer, maintaining his passion for fitness and movement.
Alycia Lee, Podiatrist (BBiomedSc DPM)

Alycia is an experienced podiatrist with a Bachelor of Biomedical Sciences (Medical Sciences) and a Doctor of Podiatric Medicine from the University of Western Australia.
Her clinical interests include musculoskeletal injury management and rehabilitation, paediatric podiatry, and skin and nail care. Having worked closely with a podiatric surgeon in Geraldton, Alycia brings hands-on experience in post-surgical rehabilitation and both acute and chronic soft tissue injuries, shaping her holistic, rehabilitation-focused approach to care.
Alycia takes the time to understand each patient’s lifestyle and goals, pairing clinical expertise with clear education so patients feel confident taking an active role in their own recovery.
Outside the clinic, she’s usually at reformer pilates, on the tennis court, volunteering with her church, walking the foreshore, or tracking down a good pastry, an active lifestyle that gives her genuine, first-hand insight into the importance of lower limb mobility.
Shivani Parihar, Podiatrist (BSc DPM)

Shivani Parihar obtained her Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from UWA, alongside a Bachelor of Science in Pathology and Pharmacology. She started her career in Bunbury, serving the rural southwest communities by treating a wide range of foot and ankle issues, from ingrown toenails to complex biomechanical conditions and injuries.
Shivani collaborated closely with a foot and ankle surgeon, contributing to both pre-and post-operative care.
Her professional interests include pediatric care, biomechanics, sports rehabilitation, and chronic foot and ankle disease management and treatment of skin & nail concerns. Currently, Shivani is completing her endorsement in scheduled medicine, which will allow her to administer steroid injections and prescribe medications as part of treatment plans.
In her free time, she enjoys staying fit through activities like badminton, squash, swimming, and hiking. Shivani is dedicated to helping others maintain strong foot and ankle health.
Johan Steenkamp, Founder & Practice Leader (B.Pod.Med)
