Run further. Hurt less. Know why.

Whether you're a weekend warrior or chasing a PB, a running assessment finds what your stride is doing to your body, and gives you a plan to recover, prevent, and perform.

Not sure you run enough to bother?

There is no minimum. We assess people chasing a first 5k and people chasing a qualifying time, and the appointment is the same either way. Tell us what your running looks like and what you want out of it, and a podiatrist will come back to you about whether it is worth booking.
