Meet Shivani Parihar - Dedicated Podiatrist with a Passion for Foot and Ankle Health
Shivani Parihar is a compassionate and skilled podiatrist at JS Podiatry, holding a Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from the University of Western Australia, along with a Bachelor of Science in Pathology and Pharmacology. Shivani began her career in Bunbury, where she provided care to rural southwest communities, managing a diverse range of foot and ankle conditions, from ingrown toenails to complex biomechanical issues and injuries. Her experience includes working alongside a foot and ankle surgeon, where she contributed to both pre- and post-operative care.
Shivani’s professional interests span paediatric podiatry care, biomechanics, sports rehabilitation, and the management of chronic foot and ankle conditions. She is currently completing her endorsement in scheduled medicine, which will enable her to prescribe medications and administer steroid injections as part of her treatment plans.
Outside of the clinic, Shivani enjoys staying active through badminton, squash, swimming, and hiking, reflecting her commitment to health and wellness. Her approach to podiatry is centred on helping patients maintain strong, healthy feet and ankles to support an active lifestyle.
