Meet Johan Steenkamp - Founder of JS Podiatry, Advocate of Pain Free Movement
Johan Steenkamp is the Principal Podiatrist and founder of JS Podiatry. He has been helping patients achieve pain-free, active lifestyles since 2010. After earning his Bachelor’s degree in Podiatry from the University of Johannesburg, Johan gained valuable experience working in Singapore, Malaysia, and Sydney before settling in Perth with his wife and two daughters in 2015. In 2017, he established JS Podiatry to provide high-quality podiatry care to the local community.
Johan focuses on treating foot, ankle, and knee injuries. He is passionate about helping patients - both adults and children - overcome musculoskeletal challenges and return to the activities they love. His treatment plans are tailored to deliver long-term results for individuals and families.
While Johan’s work centres on musculoskeletal and sports-related conditions, he no longer manages skin and nail concerns, allowing him to focus on supporting patients with movement and injury recovery.
